We've had this for almost 3 years now and it's worked overall well.
There were a few times it refused to work for some reason, but it always
kicks back. I love the pull-out tray, very handy and easy to use. We
use it for more small personal items, obviously this isn't met for a
large office. But, to shred some bills and some sensitive material, it's
all we need! Another good point is that it doesn't topple over. We
have had another one, some cheap thing, that was tall, and terribly top
heavy. We had it under the desk, so when we would accidentally kick it,
it would crash over, and sometimes on our foot... ouch!! To dump the
paper, you had to take off the top, and dump the shredded paper into a
bag. That's why I like like this newer one we got, I love the easy pull
out try. I was ever so glad to get rid of the cheap paper shredder
from hell and replace it with this one, despite some malfunctions.
